Description
The Southport Manor is the housing available in the Southport University District. It can be found to the left of the University Bookstore. You get it by purchasing it from the real estate agent by 2,500 Sil in the Southport Docks District located in the building just above the church.

Going inside and opening the cupboard leads to the true manor plus it houses Pandora the explorer, which will start the quest A New Girl Just Like Clockwork.
