Revision as of 12:22, 1 October 2020 by Snapped (talk | contribs) (Skills were listed in the wrong order, and thus the wrong costs. You learn snapfire for free, then strike and fade for the passphrase book, and only then Prep Guns for 10K. Snapfire is learnt both on the mountain path in no party like search party, and if you find him after the circle of strife.)
After the Circle of Strife quest, there will be a guard near the top of Eastfort. He will want you to get him away from there. Go buy the tenement in Northmarket Slums for 5.500 Sil and then talk to the guard again. You will either fight him or put him to sleep if you have sleep powder. You will be teleported to the tenant house with the guard living there now (you get a Slave Collar from him). Talk to him with Elaiya in the party to get this move. It gives the move Snapfire and allows you to learn two more skills after that.
Technique | Sil cost | Effect | Momentum Cost |
---|---|---|---|
Snapfire | Free [1] | Increased damage based on Attack and Luck stat. +12 Momentum gain. | 0 |
Strike and Fade | 750 Sil, he wants you to get him a Phrasebook, you will be able to find this in the Scroll shop at Southport University District, even without investing in it. | Increased damage based on Attack and Luck Stat. Automatically uses stealth after attack. | 15 |
Prep Guns | 10,000 Sil | Must be used before a battle. +50% critical chance, +40% momentum regeneration. Only for the first move. | 0 |
- ↑ Alternatively, if you have not completed Ain't No Party Like A Search Party yet you should take Elaiya with you. During the quest on the 4th floor of the 'Giant's Path - Caves' just before the Ogre, you'll find a single Kellos gunman who will offer to train Elaiya in exchange for his life. He'll teach her snapfire for free if she's in your party. Once done, he will also ask for a phrase book for a new skill, but having a phrasebook in your inventory does not let you learn the next skill in the mountain path
