i have found some Trainer

Yamamaya; By Meiriona

After the quest Elf Half Empty, Meiriona will Teach Yamamaya new Techniques for a fee.

  1. Taunt: Techniques. Costs 5 TP. Target Self. Raises Threat Generation by 150%.
    1. Requires 10,000 Sil
  2. Shield Buster: Techniques. Costs 12 TP. Target one Enemy. Additional damage and removes all types of cover (Cover, Stonewall, Guardian, Wing Shield, Shieldwall).
    1. Requires Taunt learned and 15,000 Sil.
  3. Lion Charge: Techniques. Costs 5 TP. Target one Enemy. Additional damage, it will hit one more enemy if the first one dies.
    1. Requires Shield Buster learned and 25,000 Sil.

Elaiya; a Kellos after the invasion from Eastfort

After the Circle of Strife quest, there will be a guard near the top of Eastfort. He will want you to get him away from there. Go buy the tenement in Northmarket Slums(5.500 Sil) and then talk to the guard again. You will either fight him or put him to sleep if you have sleep powder. You will be teleported to the tenant house with the guard living there now. Talk to him with Elaiya in the party to get this move. It gives a free buff that does

  1. Prep Guns: Must be used before a battle. +50% critical chance, +40% momentum regeneration. Only for the first move.
  2. Snapfire: Increased damage based on Attack and Luck stat. +12 Momentum gain.
    • Requires Prep Guns Learned. To learn this skill he wants you to get him a Phrasebook, you might be able to find this in the Scroll shop at Southport University District.
  3. Strike and Fade: Costs 15 Momentum. Increased damage based on Attack and Luck Stat. Automatically uses stealth after attack.
    • Requires Snapfire learned and 10,000 Sil.

  2. Twice-Cutting Wind: Costs 15 Momentum. Damages an enemy twice.
    • Requires 20,000 Sil, Meteor Smash learned, lvl 20.
  3. Eternal Crescent: Costs 12 Momentum. Attacks two enemies.
    • Requires 40,000 Sil, Twice-Cutting Wind learned, lvl 28.
  4. Razor Falling Rain: Costs 20 Momentum. Damages all enemies.
    • Requires 80,000 Sil, Eternal Crescent learned, lvl 35.
