Strategy
The fight starts with Zombie Bard and three of the zombies you already fought. At the beginning of each turn, the Bard will sing a song to buff all the enemies: He will always buff in this order: Defense, Attack, Agility and Radiant Resistance, then start with Defense again.
Assuming you got the free blessing from the priest at the start of the quest, all your attacks will be very effective against all the zombies, until the Bard sings "Bad" and gives all enemies Radiant Resistance. Since he uses his buffs on a set order, you should always try to time it so the least amount of enemies gain that buff. For example, you want to kill the three zombies off before he can buff them and delay spawning new ones if he is about to use "Bad" again.
He will spawn two waves of zombies as you damage him. At the point he spawns his last wave, his life is already lower than the zombies, so at that point you should ignore any remaining zombies and finish the Bard of first, especially if he's about to buff Attack or Radiant Resistance. If you have Meline, this fight is her time to shine since she can burn the zombies and cut their health regeneration in half, also she has very effective Radiant prayers in case you didn't get the blessing or it ran out already. Since the blessing increases your critical chance a lot, bringing physical damage dealers like Elaiya or Yamamaya works very well as they will crit more often and for huge amounts of damage. If you brought Felix, his attack with the blessing will outdamage any spell he might know already, so save your mana for healing and just pummel those zombies down quickly.

Strategy
This fight gets considerably easier if you still have the Blessing from the priest active, since three of the four enemies you face are undead and weak to radiant damage. Also, Meline is a good addition to your team with radiant prayers.
Of the four enemies, only the Necromancress and the Spectre pose a real threat. The Spectre will deal high single-target damage to your party and can burn, knockdown or life drain from you while the Necromancress cuts into your attack with necrotic spells and can debuff your whole party at once with her necrotic aoe spell. If the fight goes long enough, she will also start draining your mana.
If you still have the Blessing up, you should focus your attacks on the Spectre first. Since you have a high chance to crit, you can kill it off very quickly, before it heals with life drain and before your attack is debuffed by the Necromancress. Even if you don't have the blessing, going for the Spectre might still be the way, as it does more damage overall than the Necromancress. The attack-debuffs from her spells can be countered by using Assault-technique from the hero.
The meatshields will eventually use cover and soak up some damage. With the blessing, it might be easier to just kill them off after the Spectre, as they have even less health and can die in one turn with some good critical hits. You probably won't have any effective damage against the Necromancress, so your only way to defeat her is to pummel her down. If you have Meline on level 8, using Herecital Censure leaves her nearly defenseless, but at that level you should have enough damage to defeat her quickly anyways.
